Minot, ND – As the 2016/17 NAHL season draws near we are giving Tauros fans a chance to meet all of the new members of the club as well as learn a little more about the returning Tauros. We will play 20 questions with a different Tauro every day from now until the NAHL Showcase going in number order, today we catch up with veteran forward #14 Brady Dahl.
As a John Marshall High School Rocket Dahl posted 39 goals and 46 assists over 78 games in three seasons. Those numbers include 22 goals and 27 assists in just 25 games last season. At 5’9” 175 lbs, Dahl will look to continue the run of several successful undersized forwards for the Tauros such as Blake Lizotte, Jake Howie, and Troy Degler.
From the Coaches’ Office: Brady put up some very good numbers for his high school team last season. His is a great skater and can put the puck in the net. I am really looking forward to seeing him an exhibition setting to see how he performs. I think he could certainly be a diamond in the rough. – Marty Murray

What inspired you to start playing hockey: My parents loved watching my brother play
Pregame routine: eat pasta right after the practice the night before, stretch, listen to music, eat clementines right before I take the ice
Ideal pregame meal: fettuccini Alfredo the night before, a light sandwich for lunch the day of with fruit
Any hockey superstitions: No
Best hockey memory: My first high school game of senior year it was tied 2-2 late in the 3rd and I went down all alone on a 1 on 2 and scored the game winning goal with .9 seconds remaining. I also loved playing in front of all of the hometown fans in sections when we played Lakeville North.
