Redeeming Ticket Vouchers
1. To redeem a ticket voucher you first need to login to your ticketing account.
2. From there you will go 2023-24 Vouchers and click on “Receipt”
3. Scroll down the page and you will see a list of voucher codes, these are the codes you will enter into the “promo code” box when you go to buy tickets. Screen shot or write these codes down for easy use in future steps.
4. Next, go back to our ticketing site, tickets.minotauroshockey.com and find select the game you would like to redeem your vouchers for tickets for. Click “Find Tickets”
5. In the “Promo Code” box enter a valid voucher code for each voucher you would like to redeem.
6. You will then be prompted to either select your seats or allow the ticketing system to seat you.
7. From there complete your order as normal and the tickets will be added to your ticketing account.
Sharing Tickets or Vouchers
To Share an Existing Ticket
1. To share a ticket or voucher you first need to login to your ticketing account.
2. From there you will go to either 2023-24 Season Tickets and click on “Receipt”
3. Scroll down the page and you will see first “ONETICKET PASSES” this is one bar code that works for all 2023-24 Minotauros home games, DO NOT SHARE THIS TICKET unless you intend for the recipient to be able to attend all of the game in this season.
4. Instead continue scrolling to the game you wish to share and click “Share Tickets”
5. This will take you to a screen which allows you to choose how many of your tickets you would like to share. You can enter a quantity and let the system choose or select the specific seats you wish to share.
6. Then enter the name and email of the person you would like to share the tickets with and click share.
7. The person you shared the tickets with will then receive an email from “Minot Minotauros” with the subject “(your name) has shared tickets with you!” along with a link to either sign-in or create their own Minotauros ticketing account and receive the tickets you have shared.

4. This will take you to a screen which allows you to choose how many of your vouchers you would like to share. You can enter a quantity and let the system choose or select the specific seats you wish to share.
5. Then enter the name and email of the person you would like to share the tickets with and click share.
6. The person you shared the tickets with will then receive an email from “Minot Minotauros” with the subject “(your name) has shared tickets with you!” along with a link to either sign-in or create their own Minotauros ticketing account and receive the tickets you have shared.
