Bross Added to Top Prospects

Feb 20, 2017

Minot, ND – Minotauros forward Zack Bross has been added to Team Central for the North American Hockey League’s Top Prospects Tournament.  A roster spot became available with Tauros’ forward Reid Stefanson committing to NCAA DI UMass Lowell last week as NCAA committed players are not eligible for Top Prospects.  The Tauros will be well represented at the league’s all-star event with five players on Team Central’s roster along with Head Coach Marty Murray being selected to serve the same role for the all-star team.

Bross is in his second and final season with the Tauros, he had 31 points last season and already has matched that total this year with 10 goals and 21 assists.  Bross also has a +24 rating which is tops among Tauros forwards and third among all NAHL forwards.

Bross joins the four other Tauros players that had already been named to the Central Division’s roster, Jake Dittel, Derek Frentz, Lucas Murray, and Nolan Sawchuk.  The NAHL’s Top Prospects Tournament takes place February 27th and 28th in Plymouth, Michigan.
