How to Redeem A Traditional Flex Ticket
If you have received a traditional flex ticket that looks like the one on the right, you have a coupon good for a free ticket to any Minot Minotauros 2022-2023 regular season home game. Flex tickets are good for both assigned seating or general admission.
To redeem your Minotauro Flex Ticket:
- present the card to the box office at the Pepsi Rink at Maysa Arena on game night.
- come in during business hours (M-Th 10-6pm)
- or at one of the flex ticket exchange events listed below.
Flex Ticket Guidelines:
- You will receive one complementary ticket for each flex ticket you exchange.
- Seats are limited by availability, once seats are sold out for a game Flex Tickets can either be exchanged for a standing room ticket or held for another home game.
- 2022-2023 Flex Tickets expire at the end of the 2022-2023 regular season and do not carry over to the 2023 Robertson Cup Playoffs or future regular seasons.
- Unused 2022-2023 Flex Tickets are non-refundable.
- Flex Tickets should be treated as cash. The Minotauros are not responsible for lost or stolen Flex Tickets.

How to Redeem Digital Flex Credits
Minotauros Season Ticket Holders receive $80 in Flex Credits per Ticketing Account that can be redeemed through our ticketing system to purchase additional seats. To redeem your Flex Credit follow the steps below.
1. Log into your Minotauros Ticketing Account (click here)
2. Select the game you want to attend and the seats you would like to purchase. Once you have the seats selected, hit “buy tickets.”
3. Your info should be in the Step 1:” Shipping” and Step 2: “Billing“
4. When you get to the payment page, you’ll see a green box saying “You have $XX in your account.” If you’re wanting to purchase 1 ticket, you would type “8” in the box; if you’re wanting to purchase 2 tickets, you would type “16” in the box; etc.
5. Hit “apply credits” and the price will drop to $0. The tickets will then be emailed to you and you can either print them off or download them onto your phone.
**Flex Credits remain on your account for until they are used and do not expire, however Flex Credits can only be used to purchase additional tickets they can not be put towards your season ticket renewal.**
