Minot, ND – The Minotauros Central Cup defense will start with an action-packed preseason featuring five warmup dates leading into the 2018 NAHL Showcase in Blaine, MN.   The Tauros players report to Minot on September 3rd just 16 days prior to the NAHL Showcase.

The pre-season opens in Bismarck on Friday September 7th, followed by a home game against the Bobcats the next night on September 8th at 7:35.  The Tauros stay busy with a trip to Estevan on Monday September 10th, where they will take on the SJHL’s Estevan Bruins.  Friday the Tauros bring the preseason back to North Dakota heading to Fargo to take on the USHL Champion Fargo Force.  Then the Force and Tauro alum Ondrej Pavel come to the Maysa Arena on Sunday September 16th for a 3:00 p.m. start.  Both meetings with Fargo will not be actual games but played as controlled scrimmages to allow both teams to work on specific situations.  Once the practice games are done the Tauros will head to Blaine, MN to kick off the regular season at the NAHL Showcase.

For the first time the Tauros will play their preseason home games in the Pepsi Rink at the Maysa Arena.  Minotauros season ticket holders will receive their tickets free for the preseason.  Tickets for both preseason games at the Maysa will be just $5 and are available now through our online ticketing system powered by Igniter.
