Schedule Update 12/1/2020

Dec 1, 2020

Minot, ND – The Minotauros are heading into a different looking December than that which was originally scheduled.  The NAHL Midwest division has suspended play due to Covid related restrictions in Minnesota preventing most of their teams from playing.  Similarly, the Minnesota Wilderness have elected to suspend play until the new year as a result of the restrictions.  The Austin Bruins and St. Cloud Norsemen will avoid the restrictions by moving to North and South Dakota for the next three weeks to allow five of the six Central teams to keep playing.

As a result, instead of going to Minnesota next weekend to play the Kenai River Brown Bears the Tauros will host the Austin Bruins who will began practicing in Minot this afternoon.   The games against Austin will be on Friday at 8:00 p.m. and Saturday at 7:00 p.m.; tickets have been added to season ticket holder accounts already and a small block are currently on sale through the “Tickets” tab atop this page or by clicking here.  Then on December 11th and 12th the Tauros will be hosting the St. Cloud Norsemen instead of the Aberdeen Wings.  Both games will be played at 7:00 p.m.  Tickets for the games originally against Aberdeen will still work for the games against St. Cloud on the appropriate dates despite listing the wrong opponent.

After the four home games to open the month the Tauros will head to Bismarck to take on the Bobcats on the final Friday and Saturday before the Central Division’s Christmas break.
