Tauros 20 Questions: Zack Bross

Aug 30, 2016

Minot, ND – As the 2016/17 NAHL season draws near we are giving Tauros fans a chance to meet all of the new members of the club as well as learn a little more about the returning Tauros. We will play 20 questions with a different Tauro every day from now until the NAHL Showcase going in number order, today we catch up with veteran forward #9 Zack Bross.
Bross goes into his final season of junior looking to build on a rookies season that saw him post 12 goals and 19 assists for the Tauros. His 31 total points are the third most among Tauros return for this season so expect him to be counted on early to drive the offense. Most of all Bross is a versatile player who can play all three forward spots at both ends of the ice giving Head Coach Marty Murray lineup options.
From the Coaches’ Office: Zack was a pleasant surprise for us last season. When at his best, he’s gritty, in your face type guy, who can produce offensively. Zack played both wing and center last year, and he’ll be relied upon in all situations this year. Zack is a leader, and we expect him to lead my example both on and off the ice. If he builds off what he accomplished last year, he should garner D1 interest, especially with his ACT Score being 30. – Marty Murray
