Minot, ND – The Minotauros are proud to announce that defenseman Carter Bradley has become the sixth member of the Tauros tender class for the 2022-23 season.  A native of St. Louis, MO,  Bradley, has played for the St. Louis AAA Blues program for the last three seasons; he also played eight NAHL games with the Springfield Jr. Blues this season posting two assists and a +5 rating.

In 28 games at the 18u level Bradley has goal and 12 assists for St. Louis in the NAPHL and T1EHL.  The 5’9” 161 pound blue liner says “I see myself as a two way player, I can defend well and can also be a force in the offensive zone. I’m an intelligent player that can see the game very well, and I felt like my style of play fits very well with this division.”

Minotauros Head Coach/General Manager Cody Campbell agrees: “Carter is a mobile 2 way defensemen. His ability to break pucks out and add offense from the blue line makes us believe he is going to be an extremely effective Tauro. We are excited to add Carter organization and help him reach his goal of playing division 1 college hockey.”

Bradley says he chose Minot, “because I felt like it was the best place for me in order for me to develop to the next level. They have one of the best if not the best facilities in the NAHL. The coaching staff are top notch and take pride with the culture within the team”  Regarding the culture Campbell and his staff have built Bradley added, “I think that is very important because you want to play with guys that push you to be better everyday.”

As for his time in Springfield, Bradley said it helped him build confidence for the future, “the league is faster and stronger than 18s but I feel like I’ll be well prepared going into next season. I now know what the league is like and know I can be a positive factor for Minot.”
